Family is very important to Susie, and she spends most of her free time with her husband, children and 3 grandchildren. Susie is a Certified Marketing Specialist, Relocation Specialist and Certified Previews Specialist (luxury home market). Susie was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for Coldwell Banker Gundaker for outstanding service in 2015. She lists, sells and negotiates in addition to managing her team of nine licensed agents to maximize customer service and sales. She has spoken nationally at top agent conferences including Chicago, Las Vegas, Cincinnati and Naples as well as local conventions Susie has been very active in the community during her time in Missouri. She has been on the Board of Directors for Youth In Need for almost 30 years and was the Honoree for the Youth in Need Celebration of Youth in 2014. This organization assists thousands of youth in distressed situations. Susie was the first President of DARE St. Charles and continues to volunteer for many organizations and supports The Ronald McDonald House, Urban Future, to name a few.
